FAQ

What kind of videos do you make?

We use film and animation (and motion graphics) to make videos that either help businesses explain and sell their services or inform and motivate their teams. Yes that’s two different functions but there’s a lot of crossover in purpose and intent.

What sort of clients do you work with?

Mainly organisations in financial and professional services, tech and commercial real estate. We like working with people who believe in what video can do and are ready to try some new things to push their brand a bit. Having said that, we’re very happy making videos that do the basics, brilliantly.

Why do people come to you?

A lot of new clients want some new thinking, whether that’s diagnosing a problem and using video to solve a particular challenge, or some fresh ideas for their video strategy.  It’s exciting to be able to create a new approach for a firm. Our regular clients (and we’ve had some for over 10 years) value our consistent quality, good ideas and an easy and friendly working relationship.

How much does a video cost and how long does it take?

Most of our projects are in the £7-15k range, this is really the starting point for a project that has some resource for creative planning & research, as well as working with talented professionals at every stage of production. From briefing call to delivery our projects usually take between three weeks to three months, with most in the three to six weeks range. Obviously we can work to shorter timings if needed.

Doesn’t AI mean you can do it all really quickly and cheaply now?

Not quite!  AI isn’t the silver bullet and can’t create whole videos that our clients would be happy with. Right now we are using AI in lots of ways to support and boost the production, like with ideation for concepts, or speeding up parts of the post production.

Do you work with PR and Marketing agencies?

Very much so. Our natural way to operate is taking a project from concept to delivery but we’re very happy to collaborate at different stages of the process.
